The food-loving guides at Foodie Tour fill bellies to capacity on multistop voyages that feature a smorgasbord of mobile eats. The one and a half hour Vancouver Food Cart Tour starts at the heart of downtown and leads wandering appetites through city blocks, stopping at wheeled eateries to sample specialty dishes served from carts, stands, trucks and horse backs. Guests nibble freshly prepared small plates and listen to the Foodie Guide's cultural and gastronomical anecdotes. In total, the tour serves foodies one dinner plate worth of chow, ensuring that taste buds have energy to savor each stop of the tour.
The Menu:
We offer a rotating menu to represent the wide variety of delicious street eats that are available from Vancouver's blossoming food cart scene. Tastings on your tour may include award winning Terimayo Japadog, Curried Wild Halibut Eggplant Roll, Canada Top Chef's favorite Butter Chicken Naan Kebab, Chai, Ling Cod on Fire Toasted Tortilla, and last but certainly not least, we finish off with a Flaming Fudgey Chocolate-Diablo Cookie.
